The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that although there is no agreement for sale but in between petitioner and the informant certain transactions have been made for sale of land and lease and in view of the same, petitioner has received approximately Rs.21/- lacs. He submits that petitioner is ready to refund the aforesaid amount provided that the Court may fix the installment and as such in order to

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S.
