JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 25.07.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's motorcycle was robed. The petitioner was subsequently apprehended with arms.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the motorcycle has been recovered from Pranav Kumar Singh and only on suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Saharsa in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42823 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2013. Since the petitioner has criminal antecedent, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions of if he gets involved in some serious nature of offences.
