====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Heard Mr. Mrigendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mrs. Asha Kumari, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The respective parties have agreed to withdraw their respective complaint or criminal cases filed against each other. The petitioners have filed Complaint Case No. 1238 of 2015 and the opposite party no. 2 has filed Complaint Case No. 1338 of 2015 arising out of the same incidence.

3. The matter being purely civil in nature, I find that this is a fit case, in which, the matter can be resolved outside the Court by way of mediation.

4. Both the parties have agreed to appear before the learned District Court on 26.09.2025. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 1338 of 2015

5. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary action to refer the matter before the mediation center so that within certain fixed period, the parties can arrive at an amicable settlement.

6. In case of failure on the part of the petitioners to appear on 26.09.2025, the interim protection granted to the petitioners shall automatically lose its force.

7. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
