The present writ application has been filed for commanding and directing the respondents concerned to make payment of arrears of differential salary which has not been paid to the petitioner without any valid reason, despite his regular persuasion.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.9040 of 2022 dt.20-03-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance.

Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner or his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

It is made clear that if the order is not complied within the stipulated period, the respondent no.5 shall be held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
