The petitioner is in jail custody since 17-10-2014 and the allegation against him is that one country-made pistol was recovered from his conscious possession and so far as the seized motorcycle is concerned; learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to the petitioner. Paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

No.4138 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 named-above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar (Town) P.
