The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 27 of 2018 registered under Sections 33(c), 41, 42 of the Forest Act and sections 5, 7, 9 and 12 of the Kasth Chiran Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is owner of the saw mill. The work of wood sawing has already been stopped. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
