JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(10-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act. The First Information Report has been lodged with the allegation that the informant was intercepted by the miscreants, who snatched from him a bag containing Rs. 96 thousand and his mobile phone. The miscreants were subsequently apprehended by the local public. In course of the investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and is said to have confessed his involvement in commission of the offence. Considering the seriousness of the offence and corroborative materials available on record, I am not inclined to

He shall be at liberty, however, to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if charge is not framed in the meanwhile.
