This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.543 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304-B & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.52426 of 2023. 4.

The petitioner is said to have killed his wife for demand of dowry. The marriage is of the year 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2023. 5.

I see no reason to review my earlier order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35718 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 dated 23.08.2023. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed.
