2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 112/2024 registered for the offences under Sections 80 and 3(5) of B.N.S. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.03.2025.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner in association with her family members is alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant on account of non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry within seven months of her marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31922 of 2025(2) dt.20-05-2025 2/3 case. Learned counsel further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 16808/2025 has granted liberty to the present petitioner to renew her prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel informs this Court that charges have already been framed on 04.04.2025 and the same has been brought on record by way of Annexure 'P/3'. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 23.12.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.12.2024, let the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 112/2024 subject to the conditions :-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31922 of 2025(2) dt.20-05-2025 3/3 a. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be her close relative.
b. The petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each date of the trial.
c. In case of absence on two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to the cancelled by the court concerned.
d. The Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in case at any stage it is found that the petitioner has concealed her criminal antecedent, the court below shall take step for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. However, the acceptance of bail bonds in terms of the aforementioned order shall not be delayed for purpose of or in the name of verification.
