2. This is 3rd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 71608 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of direction of this Court to conclude the trial within a period of one year, the trial has not been concluded as yet and petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2020 i.e. more than three & half years.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36032 of 2024(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - III, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with S.T. No. 73 of 2020, arising out of Mohania P.S.Case No. 134 of 2020.
