JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120/34 of the I.P.C and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It is alleged that Dhanik Lal and Madan Prasad Singh were intercepted by the villagers carrying five hundred litres kerosene oil from the PDS shop of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the recovery is not from the possession of the petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
