Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.07 of 2019 arising out of Tarabari P.S. Case No.54 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 22, 23, 24 of the NDPS Act. It is alleged that 150 gr. Ganja has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 22.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
