The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Cae No.280(C ) of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners who happen to be father-in-law and mother-in-law as per the complaint petition filed by the complainant who is daughter -in -law of the petitioners is that her husband committed suicide by the shock of the electric current but her 'Bhaisur' lodged a case against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.446 of 2019(3) dt.12-03-2019 2/3 the innocent persons and she protested she was assaulted by putting a towel around her neck and also ousted her from the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact the son of the petitioners has been murdered for which they lodged a case and now in collusion with the accused persons in that case the present case has been lodged by the complainant.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the complainant. They have opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that she was ousted after death of her husband and they are father-in-law and mother-in-law..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Complaint Case No.280(C ) of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
