Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has prayed this Court seeking a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent No. 4 to issue Registration Certificate of a Scorpio Motor Car bearing Registration No. DL-3CAA/8570 for a further period of five years.

In the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, let the petitioner approach the District Transport Officer, Banka

Patna High Court CWJC No.9119 of 2022(3) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 (Respondent No. 4) who will consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with the provisions contained under the Motor Vehicles Act and the Rules framed thereunder as also the government's notifications from time to time. An appropriate view, on the request of the petitioner, shall be taken and intimated to him within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
