2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CWJC No.10159 of 2017(18) dt.12-01-2026 2/2 today itself he has filed a supplementary affidavit through online mode and the physical copy of the same is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that during the pendency of present case, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and therefore, they do not want to pursue in the matter. He therefore submits that an appropriate order be passed disposing of the present case.
4. As prayed for, this case is disposed of because the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners that in case some dues are still not paid, then the petitioner will make a representation before the appropriate authority for the same within one month from today. If such a representation is filed then the appropriate authority shall dispose of the same within a further period of three months from the date of filing of the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
