The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhara Police Station Case No.394 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though there is no direct evidence against the petitioner except disclosure of the co-accused, however, petitioner has got criminal antecedent of identical nature for the offence registered under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail. Hence, his prayer is refused.
