Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner besides a stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is accused in one more case. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

No.31902 of 2020(5) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kartaha Police Station Case No.48 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
