2. The accused/petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 351(2) of BNS 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit rape upon the informant on false pretext of marriage.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the allegation is apparently false from the face of FIR itself, as informant who is major aged about 20 years, categorically stated that petitioner solemnized marriage with her in temple and as she apprehended that parents of her husband may

It is submitted that in view of allegation as raised through FIR, no prima facie case made out for the offences as alleged. Petitioner said to be a man of clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as informant who is major categorically stated in FIR that petitioner married with her in temple, coupled with fact that the petitioner is a man clean antecedent, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) veena/- U T
