This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Ekma P.S. Case No. 10/2016 dated 15.01.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Mr. Rabindra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has only recently been submitted in this case.

In that view of the matter, the prayer made in this petition for quashing of the F.I.R. cannot be acceded to.
