Petitioners No 2 to 5, as per submission of the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.103 of 2018(5) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 counsel for the petitioners, has been given the benefit of Assured Career Progression. It is, however, submitted that petitioners No 1 and 6 have not been given the financial benefits.

This writ petition, in so far as petitioners No 2 to 5 is concerned, has, thus, become infructuous.

In so far as petitioners No 1 and 6 are concerned, since the decision, as per petitioners' counsel, has been taken in their favour, they would be at liberty to approach Respondent No 5 with the decision, and copy of this order for availing the financial benefits and Respondent No 5 will take a decision, and pay the due and admissible amount, if any, without any undue delay.

This writ petition stands disposed of.
