Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the informant expressed her suspicion against the petitioner and others on the ground of inimical terms and later on, some witnesses also expressed their suspicion and one witness claimed to have seen the petitioner coming from the place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st class Begusarai in connection with Birpur
