No one appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail in a case instituted under sections 25(1-B)a,26/35 of the Arms Act in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014. According to the prosecution case, on a raid conducted in the orchard one person called Ravi Kumar was arrested with one country-made pistol and a live cartridge. He disclosed the name of the petitioner as one who sold weapon to him. The contention of the petitioner is that there is no evidence directly incriminating the petitioner with the alleged offence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2014. The

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed in the court concerned after framing of charge. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
