The petitioner is in custody in a case under Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and the recovery is of two cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 3.7.2014.
A submission was made before the learned court below that other similarly situated accused persons have been admitted to bail and that submission does not appear to be negatived by the Additional Sessions Judge.
