The petitioner being the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 23.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about five years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of the investigation charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the IPC.
Considering the fact that charge-sheet has not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4652 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 been submitted under Section 304B of the IPC, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2014.
