Petitioners are in jail custody since 22.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.
