Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that both the injured sustained simple injury and the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 374 of 2014.
