JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.10.2014 and there is allegation against him that he gave iron rod blow on the head of the informant.

Annexure-2, the injury report of informant reveals that altogether five injuries were found on the person of the informant and out of the aforesaid injuries, petitioner is said to be author of injury no. 1 and 2 which were found simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan
