Sen Prasad Singh (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to grant bail to the petitioner. He is facing trial in respect of Piprahi P.S. Case No.83 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. He was arrested on 04.08.2014. B.P. No.154 of 2014 was filed by the petitioner before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sheohar and the same was dismissed on 10.09.2014. Hence, this application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is no doubt true that the petitioner is said to have caused serious injuries to the complainant and his mother. The same, however, needs to be dealt with at the trial. The petitioner is already in jail for the past six months. It is stated that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43216 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 investigation was completed and the charge-sheet is also filed. Hence, this application is allowed. The petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.83 of 2014, on a condition that the petitioner shall report to the concerned police station on the 1st Friday of every month between 10 A.M. and 11 A.M.
