Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one Hajari Paswan was arrested and on the basis of his confessional statement, petitioner was remanded in this case from Dawath P.S. case no. 100/2014 and since then he is in jail custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Sanjhauli P.S.
