The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakand P.S. Case No. 46 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that petitioner kidnapped the daughter of informant with intent to marry her. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl was medically examined and the doctor has not found any sign of rape and the age of victim has been assessed as 19 years. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Counsel for State however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim girl has fully
