2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2) of the BNS.
3. According to FIR, after unloading the consignment, the informant was returning by the hired pickup van when he noticed the driver, Aamir Baitha talking to someone and sharing the location of the pickup van. Later on, some unknown miscreants forcibly snatched the informant's mobile phone etc. Amir Baitha went with miscreants by a car.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is the owner of the pickup van. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, rather, the articles were recovered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34059 of 2025(4) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 from the co-accused, Md. Subhahan. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-Ist Class Katihar in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
