Petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of demanding extortion through the phone. The extremist claims himself to be Saroj Rai. Name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of Lal Babu Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Lal Babu Kumar has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20135 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4252 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in five other cases, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
