This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016 dated 12.07.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of the year 2016 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed. If the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same ought to be completed within a period of three months from today.

This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.
