Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 395/397 of Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is accused in a case alleging loot of ornaments. It is submitted that neither recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case and is in custody since 05.03.2019. Other co-accused Rohit Singh, Naushad Ali and Kanhaiya Paswan have already been enlarged on bail by this Court in Cr Misc No 34150 of 2019, Cr Misc No 28772 of 2019 and Cr Misc No 33091 of 2019 respectively

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Saran in Rasulpur Police Station Case No 132 of 2018 subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
