2. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for taking punishable action against the main accused in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020.

3. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and cognizance has been taken after the processes were exhausted by the police for apprehension of the accused.

4. In these circumstances, this Court, in writ jurisdiction, will not interfere in this matter.

5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below for redressal of his grievances.
