Issuance of a writ of mandamus or in the nature thereof any other appropriate writ / order/s for directing and commanding the Respondents Authorities to dispose of the application filed by the Petitioner.

(ii). For Giving direction/s to the Respondents Authorities for accepting and disposing the applications dated-14.04.2024 filed by the Petitioner before the Respondents, in accordance with law.

(iii). directing the Authority to determine the matter of possession within the Statutory period,

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
