The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that the accused including the petitioner assembled to terrorize the public. Accused assembled with pistol and danda. It was seen that one of the accused, Md. Imtiyaz was armed with pistol and on chase he threw pistol and other accused fled away.
It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated by Mohalla people. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4536 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks the above named petitioner will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna City in Khajekalan P. S. Case No. 283 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
