Mr. Sri Abhay Kumar - 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 Pursuant to the notice issued to Opposite Party No. 2, Ms. Vijaya Laxmi Srivastava, learned advocate has appeared on her behalf.
She submits that Opposite Party No. 2 is leading a happy married life with Triloki, who is the brother-in-law of her own brother.
It has further been submitted on behalf of Opposite Party No. 2 that the case was lodged under some misconceived notion that perhaps she would not be kept in the matrimonial fold by the aforesaid Triloki.

No.79777 of 2018(3) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 In any view of the matter, considering the allegation against the petitioners to be almost non-existent in the subject F.I.R., which further gets buttressed by the investigation papers, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P. S. Case No. 212 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
