JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2020 Heard Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Amit Kumar Rakesh, Additional Public Prosecutor for the state through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhabua PS Case No. 218 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner, as per First Information Report, is that the police intercepted the motorcycle of the petitioner and demanded the document from him but the same was not produced, and after verification from the mobile app, it was found that the motorcycle, in question, was

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with oblique motive. Learned counsel also submits that petitioner is a student of B.A Part-II in Bhabua College and is in custody since 04.04.2020.

Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the material on record and the fact that petitioner is a student and is in custody since 04.04.2020, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, ANURAG KUMAR @ BITTU KUMAR be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabua PS Case No. 218 of 2020.

It is made clear that at the time of furnishing bail bonds all the parties shall follow the guidelines regarding lockdown and social distancing.
