The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 73 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 226 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.02.2021.Vide order dated 15.09.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
