The present Criminal Revision has been filed on 05.12.2016 for removal of defects. This case was listed before J.R. (J) on 13.01.2017 but no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On 16.03.2017 this case was listed before the Hon'ble Bench and a peremptory order was granted to remove the defects. After the removal of defects, this case was listed on 20.02.2023. On 20.02.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on repeated call and by way of last indulgence, this case was fixed on 27.02.2023. And again on 27.02.2023 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner but learned APP for the State appeared, last indulgence has been granted 2nd time. This Hon'ble Court pleased to grant last indulgence
