JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh) P.S. Case No. 719 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be father-in-law and Devar of the deceased, is of killing the deceased with respect to demand of dowry and disposed of the dead-body.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and the information about the death of the deceased had been given to the informant, but no one has come and thereafter the deadbody was disposed of. Further, they have no criminal

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh) P.S. Case No. 719 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
