Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application with respect to petitioner no.6. He further submits that due to communication gap the same has been filed with respect to petitioner no.6 but in fact the petitioner no.6 has not deposed the court below. Prayer is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33419 of 2022(3) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 Vide order dated 14.10.2022, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner Nos. 4 and 5 have been dismissed as withdrawn and with respect to the petitioner Nos. 1,2 and 3 they have been granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the bail application with respect to petitioner no.6 is dismissed.
