JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with co-accused Suraj Kumar@ Surya were caught by the police after alleged occurrence and the informant claimed to have identified the petitioner and co-accused Suraj Kumar @ Surya has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47494 of 2014.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case
