2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 232 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that there is land dispute in between both the parties, the allegations levelled in the FIR with regard to assault with the prosecution party by using knife, is completely false and the number of injured as shown in the FIR, is also false, in fact, the injury reports of only two persons are available which belongs to Lachhman Ram and Amar Kumar and the same show that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31975 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 they sustained very superficial injuries in the form of abrasion and bruise which have been opined to be simple in nature caused by the hard and blunt object.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and his custody period, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 232 of 2024.
