The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.

As alleged, the police raided and seized liquor from near the Banana tree, 200 mtr. of south of the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor and not apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has two criminal antecedents.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33508 of 2022(2) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular and the court below may consider his prayer for bail after hearing the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.
