2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 328 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S.Case No. 273 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.09.2024 in Cr.Misc.No.25903 of 2024, but the petitioner is renew his prayer for bail on the ground of prolonged incarceration as well as the snail's pace of the trial.

4. From the report of the court below, it appears that only four witnesses out of 10 have been examined and six

5. The petitioner is behind bars for more than two years. His bail application is presently rejected with the observation that if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, he shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
