2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"I. For a direction upon the Respondents to create Jamabandi i.e Dakhil-Kharij in name of the Petitioner for the land ceiling percha land situated in Mouza Aurahi, Thana No. 201, Anchal Kusheshwar Asthan, District Darbhanga pertaining to Khata No. 123, Khesra No. 368 and total Area-18 Kathas & 7 Dhurs II. For a direction upon the Respondents to register name of the Petitioner in Register -II of the land records and issue Land Revenue Rent receipt in his name III. For grant of any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The details of the land stand incorporated in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8737 of 2024(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 prayer portion of the petition and the simple prayer of the petitioner is that his petition before the Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan, Darbhanga (respondent no. 4) be taken to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned State counsel, Mrs. Archana Meenakshee submits that no proper petition along with requisite fee forms part of the petition and the petitioner ought to have filed a proper petition before the concerned respondent .

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be doing the needful in next four weeks.

6. If a proper petition is preferred by the petitioner in next four weeks, the Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan, Darbhanga shall see to it that it is taken to its logical conclusion after noticing/hearing all the necessary parties and the entire exercise is to be completed within the period of eight weeks from the date, the copy of the order along with petition is preferred before his/her office.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
