Admittedly, except Sections-324 & 436 of the Indian Penal Code, almost all the sections are bailable in nature and so far as Section-436 of the Indian Penal Code, it is not specific against the petitioner rather it is alleged that all the petitioners set the house of the informant on fire.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and keeping in mind that there is land dispute between the parties and persons from both the sides, have lodged cases against each others, let the petitioner named-above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali P.S.
