Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2 namely Raj Dev Sah.

Accordingly, this bail application on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42903 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 petitoner no. 2, above named, is dismissed as withdrawn. The allegations against the petitioner no. 1 is of assaulting Siyaram Sah who has sustained simple injury. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed on behalf of petitioner no. 1, above named.

Let the petitioner no.1 above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
